Pavise Extracellular Matrix Restore is a post-procedure treatment designed to direct how skin rebuilds itself after lasers, microneedling, peels, and other resurfacing work. It is anhydrous, preservative-free, and formulated for a barrier that has been deliberately compromised.

The formula pairs Pavise's patented DiamondCore® technology with human recombinant collagen III, recombinant growth factors, and a signalling peptide cascade. Together they drive fibroblast activity and organize collagen during the narrow window when skin is most responsive — the days immediately following treatment.

It sits on the skin as a breathable second layer, holding moisture in while calming the inflammation, itching, and oxidative stress that follow an aggressive procedure. Because it controls that inflammatory phase, it also reduces the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

How to use

Before treatment: apply once or twice daily for approximately two weeks to optimize baseline skin quality.
